Some 21 years ago, a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) symptom flare-up caused her to lose most feeling and function on her body's right side. She started journaling to teach herself how to write with her left hand but she soon discovered that her daily pen-to-paper Journaling Power Practice helped her improve not only her physical health but her mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
